1. RETURNS
The products cannot show signs of use. You can return the purchased products within the 14 days from the delivery date. To do this, you need to inform us of the return within the 14 days from the delivery date. If you do not wish to use the contract withdrawal form provided (available for download below), please send us a document with your explicit statement in a different form. Preferably, your statement should be sent together with the product you wish to return to the following address:

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of the Consumer’s withdrawal from the contract and provision of all required documents. It often happens that the refunds are made sooner. In such a case, the money will be transferred to your account within a few days. The refund may be delayed if we are missing some of the required items which are the subject of the withdrawal.

2. EXCHANGES
You can exchange unused products within the 14 from the delivery date. The exchange of products consists in returning the products in accordance with the procedure for withdrawal from a distance contract, which is described above (paragraph 1. RETURNS) and placing a new order.
It’s much faster than a standard exchange procedure!
3. THE COST OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you decide to return or exchange a product, we will refund you the cost of the product as well as the cost of delivery of the original order to you (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you, other than the cheapest regular delivery method we offer). Remember that the cost of transport will be refunded only if the entire order is returned (you will not receive a refund for the original transport if you only return part of the order). You will need to cover the remaining costs of return and exchange. Also remember that we do not accept parcels sent to us at the expense of the recipient. We will refund your money using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise. One of the ways in which we can refund you money is a transfer to the bank account you have specified, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, after having received the returned product.
Enter the bank transfer details in the form. Remember that we have the right to withhold the refund until we have received from you all the required items which are the subject of the withdrawal, or until we receive proof of its return to us, depending on what has happened before that. Please send the product in the original packaging (if there is any for the given product).
Note!
Please send the returned product to us in the original packaging (if there is any for the given product), packed and protected against possible damage during transport. Do not stick stickers and adhesive tape directly onto the original cardboard box.
Please be advised that we do not accept cash on delivery parcels sent to us.
