COMPLAINTS

Customers have the right to file a complaint concerning any product sold by us within the 24 months from the date they received the product. The complaints process applies to manufacturing defects and damage resulting from them. The form can be downloaded below.

Please fill in the form and send it to us together with the faulty product and a photocopy of the proof of purchase to the following address:

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the date we receive the faulty products and all the necessary documents.


The complaint will be accepted provided that the product is in good condition – it must be clean and dry.

Please bear in mind that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.


Complaints will NOT be accepted for damage caused by incorrect choice, as a result of using the product contrary to its intended use, natural wear and tear of the product, due to mechanical damage, damage caused by lack of product care and maintenance, or resulting from deliberate worsening of the condition due to continued use of the product.
